At Reactions we aim to help novice and experienced goalkeepers alike. The playing pathway of any potential young keeper is a long-term development process. We believe our coaching system will greatly help and improve this journey.
However we also fully understand that everyone’s commitments and desires differ and can change along the way. To this end, we have developed our membership system to a point that we believe that it caters for all levels.
The initial joining fee is £135.00. This provides the unique Reactions GKC coaching kit as well as two introductory months of coaching, all in one package along with a pair of goalkeeper gloves. Once you have settled in and have decided that Reactions GKC is the place for your child, ongoing coaching fees are £50.00/ month which is less than £11.60 / week.
We coach at three different venues across the region. One of the big advantages of this, that we have over many other coaching companies, is that as a membership bonus, coaching at all 3 of these venues is included in your monthly fees.
After joining you can come to any session at any venue. You could choose to attend once a month, once a week or even multiple sessions per week all within your single monthly payment, with no extra charges. No matter how many sessions you choose to attend everyone gets the opportunity to learn and develop at their own pace.
We designed the system this way, as being parents ourselves we fully appreciate how hectic kids' schedules can be. Most will choose the once-a-week route but two sessions in one week to make up for a holiday, injury or other school activities etc is much better than missing out completely. There are plenty who simply choose to attend multiple sessions regularly. Historical feedback shows this to be of great long-term benefit.
We train all year round and rarely need to cancel due to always using custom-built floodlit 3G/4G synthetic pitches. All in all, we believe that Reactions GKC not only offers excellent technical and physical coaching but also represents tremendous value for money!

I Sincerely don't want to come across as big-headed, BUT I do dispair at some of the have a go coaching I see people attempting to "help" keepers. Often its a genuinely well meaning dad or other parent trying to instill some random tactic to a child who is standing shivering in a spare net or between two poles.looking bewildered at the shapes the adult is throwing in a desperate attempt to explain what they mean without actually having to or being able to demonstrate it. The other day I had a classic case where a guy asked if he could use a spare net on my pitch whilst I wasn't using it to "coach" his lad. I felt awefull to say no so agreed it would be OK. But within a few mins I wished I'd been mean and refused as this probably well meaning chap was trying to suggest some random type of block save that had no basis in technique and was obviously confusing the young lad as well as potentially creating a long term bad habit that could potentially destroy the lads confidence due to lack of success AND seemed likely to physically injure him. PLEASE if you know a keeper who needs coaching point them to a "qualified" GK coach. It doesn't have to be me, but don't risk killing his or her chances of success to save money or apease your own ego. At Reactions GKC we offer a free to try system so that a young keep er can experience our couching to see if they like it whilst Mom or Dad can watch to see how it will benefit. No obligation to join but if nothing else it will demonstrate how deeply complex and technical the art of being a GK can be. All coaches are DBS and FA qualified with myself being a UEFA B Licence GK coach with 20+ years experience of coaching kids from 7 to adult.
